Seamless process from start to finish- wonderful communication and customer service. The service delivered was exceptional and speedy. I was delighted with the sparkling clean, bottle of water and car freshener.

I am happy with the level of customer service from Arnold Clark Giffnock from the initial telephone conversation making a booking for MOT and annual service to the regular updates on progress being made. The Parts Department were also helpful.
