My car was in for a re-call. When I collected my car, the engine management light was on. I pointed this out. I was told it was just to be re-programmed. So I sat and waited for this and got my car back. The engine management light was still.

It would have been a perfect score with the only exception being the reason for my need to use your services. The fault was the cable to lift the bonnet failed how is it possible that could happen in a car that the bonnet has been lifted ten times??
