Staff very helpful and friendly, car returned washed and hoovered, video was good as well as the text reminder that MOT was due.

Not very. Engine light has already come on. It was never on before you serviced it for mot

Service was fine but when I got my car back the back seat was all muddy. I don't expect you to valet it but it would have been a lovely touch just to give it a good clean. Again one if the many nice touches you used to do but don't now.
